Your cake is best transported in the front passenger foot well or boot of a car and needs to be kept flat at all times. It is advisable to drive slowly and with extra care.
Make sure your car is cold with A/C on, especially in summer.
I cannot accept liability for any damage to the cake once it has left my premises.
I recommend placing your order as soon as you know the date you’d like to collect. I have limited availability every week so it’s best to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
I usually need at least 2 weeks notice, however, I can sometimes take last minute orders with 3 days notice depending on my availability, don’t hesitate to get in touch with an enquiry!
I ask for payment to be made in full to confirm your order & secure your collection date. I'm unable to hold dates without payment so your order is not booked into my diary until full payment has been completed.
I accept payment via Revolut or bank transfer.
Sponge cakes keep well for 3-5 days but are always best eaten fresh.
Chocolate biscuit cake/rocky road keeps well in the fridge for around 2 weeks.
Once your cake is cut keep any remaining slices airtight.
Once your cupcakes are airtight, they keep well for 2-3 days. But of course, the sooner they are eaten, the fresher they will taste!
Your cake is best stored in the fridge once you reach home.
It must be taken out 40 minutes to 1 hour before cutting to allow it to come to room temperature. The buttercream should be nice & soft when serving for optimal quality.
Cupcakes are best stored in a cool, dark area, away from direct heat/sunlight. It's best to store them at room temperature, not in a fridge, as this can make the sponge and buttercream too firm for serving.
